Q: How to I get a Username?

A: You can now request a username, reset your password, and check your accounts HERE.

When you’re on the login screen (pictured to the left) there’s a link that says “Forgot your password?” as well. To reset your password, you must provide the email used when you created an account. If you have not received a password reset, please check your junk mail.

 

Q: How do I reset My password?

A: Simply provide the email associated with your account and you will receive an email from Commercialinsurance@surefyre.co

Remember at login:

  • Passwords and usernames are case sensitive!

  • If you are using Internet Explorer, try using a different web browser or restarting your computer

  • If copy/paste doesn’t work, try manually typing the username and password. Some computers don’t trust copy/paste and thus do not recognize the credentials you input. You can always call is at 855-900-2960 ext. 0 for a password reset over the phone.

Q: Why won’t it let me hit submit?

A: You must complete all the required fields.

Q: How do I know the status of a risk?

A: The status is a colorful block on the right that has drop down options for you to advance in the underwriting process. If you’ve just submitted a request for a quote you will get this message:

Submission Successful

Your form has been successfully submitted. Let us know how we did HERE.

You can check all your submissions from the Bigfoot Insurance platform.

Once your risk has been Quoted, you will receive a task to review your quote packet.

Click complete and go into the Attachments tab. If you want to proceed, select the quoted status and select Submit Bind Request in the drop down. The system will confirm the transition to Bind Requested.

You’ll see a change in the status box on the right and the activity can be seen on the Activity tab.

If you’re still worried about the process, you can always ask questions in the comments section.

Q. Why am I not getting any notifications?
